The production time of the product depends on the product, its size, complexity and finally the quantity of the product. The time can range from 14-31 days. When the product is finished, you will receive a notification that it has been shipped.


CROATIA

• CITY OF ZAGREB and ZAGREB COUNTY: delivery is free if you personally pick up the products at the company's headquarters. The installation service for the products is charged additionally as agreed, as it depends on the number of elements being assembled. If you want delivery to your home address, the products are shipped via GLS delivery service, and for items that require assembly or installation, you will receive assembly instructions and we are available for assistance and advice via email.
• REMAINDER OF CROATIA: products are shipped via GLS delivery service or Croatian Post (for locations not covered by GLS delivery service).
• Delivery is charged according to the current pricing of the GLS carrier or Croatian Post depending on the dimensions or weight of the products.
• After completing your purchase and entering your delivery location, the system will automatically calculate the delivery amount for you.
• Delivery is within 1-3 working days with the GLS delivery service.

Please note that the size of the package has limitations set by courier services, such as weight or dimensions, therefore larger packages (for example, the largest scratchers from the range that weigh 60-70 kilograms) are sent in 2 or 3 packages.When the products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment via email.The above delivery times are set by the courier/delivery service, so we cannot guarantee that the shipment will be delivered on time.

 

 

• Products are shipped via GLS delivery service to all European countries where their service is available. For other European countries where GLS does not provide delivery service (countries outside the EU and others), we use the services of Croatian Post.
• Under certain conditions, depending on the weight of the package, we exclusively use Croatian Post services as a more cost-effective option for the customer.
• Delivery is charged according to the current tariff of the carrier (GLS or Croatian Post) depending on the zone or weight of the ordered products.
• After completing your purchase and entering your delivery location, the system will automatically calculate the delivery amount for you.

The indicated delivery times are in working days and refer to the average transit times provided by the delivery service. Although we strive to carry out all deliveries as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as it depends on third parties.

Mic-Mic & Mao-Mao is not registered for VAT (in accordance with Art. 90 of the VAT Act), and therefore does not charge VAT. However, customers from EU countries that apply import restrictions (for example, Iceland) may be subject to additional customs and tax costs that they will incur themselves.

Other countries in Europe: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Iceland, Kosovo, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, UK, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine.

For delivery to European countries that are not part of the GLS unified delivery network (e.g. Iceland), we use the services of Croatian Post according to the official international price list.

Please note that delivery to remote islands and territories may take longer and may be subject to additional entry costs. All products are shipped under the DDU model (duty unpaid), which means the buyer bears all customs and import costs if the recipient country mandates them.

WORLD

For deliveries outside Europe, we use the services of Croatian Post according to the applicable international price list. Prices depend on the weight of the shipment, as well as the rules and restrictions of the recipient country's regulations (e.g., maximum package weight or import limits).

The customer is responsible for any additional costs that may be charged by the customs or postal service of the recipient country, including taxes, duties, and other fees.

Mic-Mic & Mao-Mao is not in the VAT system (according to Article 90 of the VAT Act), therefore, tax is not calculated at the time of purchase, but may be charged upon import, depending on the laws of the buyer's country.

INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and check before confirming your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incorrect addres, the shipment cannot be delivered and will be returned to us. You are responsible for the additional costs of returning the shipment and pay the shipping cost again at the moment you provide us with the correct delivery address.

Returned shipments will be kept for a maximum of 30 days, and after that period they will be donated.
