CorvusPay, as the executor of credit card authorization and collection, processes personal data as a data processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on data entry and transfer protection.

CorvusPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transfer.

Personal data used for authorization and collection, i.e., for fulfilling obligations arising from or based on an order, are considered confidential data.

CorvusPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by applicable regulations on personal data protection for personal data processors, especially the implementation of all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures, which is particularly confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.

Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You can choose not to provide this information, but this may prevent you from using or accessing these features.
